Evidently, the so called, NEH warantee has little or no value at all for the homeowner.

We went with the high end NEH finish package. I can't remember its name, but it comes with higher end fixtures. We had been told by other builders that we would hate the light package from any modular manufacturer, but that is not the case with what we got from NEH. We have even had compliments from friends about our lighting choices.
These are SOME of the shortcuts taken by this half assed company. These are things you cant see until there is a problem. When you go looking, you can find the worst stuff let go.

These are all what is refered to as AOD between the homeowner and builder. Excepting the AOD, also gives up your rights in bringing any future action against NEH and or their NEH contractor. This AOD may also give up your rights to inform the proper authorties and or inform your local BBB as to the experience you may encounter as we did, in purchasing a NEH. A few things you should be aware of if or when you deside to purchase a NEH. Looks good from the outside, try knowing what your looking at when looking at it. NO INSULATION IN SOME WALLS, NO STRAPPING IN CEILINGS, NO FELT PAPER UNDER SHINGLES, NO FLASHING AROUND DOORS AND WINDOWS, NO NAILING FINS ON WINDOWS.

We have now lived in our home for 3 months and are quite pleased with our new home. We had a minor leak in the plumbing, but have not had any other major problems with the modular construction. About my only wish is that NEH screwed the drywall instead of nailing it. They are more annoying than anything, and our builder told us to expect them.
